Everyone is hunted down and it's horrific. Having spent their lives being tormented by those who cast them out of society as a result of their defects, they were then brutally murdered in the one place that gave them sanctuary. But what makes this act of violence even worse is that it was a result of them rejecting Dandy on account of him not actually being a freak. On AHS you can expect to see some deaths of your favourite characters, but having invested all of your time to see them slaughtered in the season finale (save a few) was pretty nasty.
