Although they're both terrible people in pretty much every way that counts, you have to admit that Dennis sort of edges Dee out in that regard. The sheer amount of cruel mind games that he has played on his twin sister boggle the mind. As it's been made clear from day one, Dennis is basically a relatively high functioning sociopath, who likes nothing better than to screw with his sister, degrading her and chipping away at her self esteem over a period of years. Dee isn't exactly blameless in their escapades, either, but Dennis definitely has sunk more battleships, so to speak. And then there was that whole episode where they got really drunk at a Halloween party, and Dennis couldn't really remember if he slept with Dee or not. You know, normal twin shenanigans. Oh wait...no. That just makes them the worst siblings ever.
