10 Deadliest Doctor Who Villains

1. Daleks

The Daleks are not only the oldest of the Doctor's nemeses; they are also the deadliest. Daleks originated on the planet Skaro towards the end of a 1,000-year war between the Kaleds and the Thals. The Kaleds were horribly mutated following a nuclear war, so they were genetically modified by Davros.

The result was a being who fit perfectly within a tank-like robotic shell, and while they may look a bit silly with their giant suction cup arms and eyestalks, they are the deadliest creatures in the Doctor Who universe. They see themselves as the ultimate species and are intent on purging all non-Dalek life from existence.

When the Daleks acquired time travel technology, they became the enemies of the Time Lords themselves, and their bitter conflict seemingly resulted in the annihilation of Gallifrey. For a long time, the Doctor believed they were the last of their species, but he continued to run into the Daleks despite their purported destruction.

Whenever the Doctor comes into conflict with the Daleks, they show their rage, and rarely holds back in fighting them. They are the true nemesis of the Doctor, and their history clearly shows that they are the deadliest and most destructive species in the Doctor Who universe.
