7. Taking Too Long Between Seasons - Good Omens (Season 2)

Believe it or not, Neil Gaiman's Good Omens premiered back in May 2019, and by the time its second season premieres sometime this summer, more than four years will have passed since we last saw it.

Between the long wait and the fact that the first season effectively adapted all of Gaiman and Terry Pratchett's 1990 novel, most surely assumed that Good Omens would be a one-off limited series.

When you consider that Amazon generally isn't great at promoting their shows - at least those not called The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power - it's incredibly easy to believe that the upcoming season two will come and go without making a dent.

Regardless of the new season's ultimate quality, with so many fans assuming the show was over Amazon clearly screwed up by waiting so long to get production going again.

The belated season drop has a strong chance of resulting in underwhelming viewing figures, and in turn ensuring that a potential third season never comes to pass.
