10 Extremely Likeable TV Aliens

3. Spock (Star Trek)

spock-geek Spock is arguably the most well-known character from the Star Trek franchise and first appeared in the original series which ran from September the 8th 1966 to June the 3rd 1969 (though he has appeared in many other incarnations of the show and additional media since). Spock serves aboard the famous starship Enterprise, as science officer and first officer, and later as commanding officer of two iterations of the vessel. Spock is half-human and half-Vulcan (his Mother being Amanda Grayson, a human school teacher, and his Father being Sarek, a Vulcan ambassador) and, as a result, possesses powers and abilities that humans don't have, such as the mind meld (which enables him to explore the minds of others), the nerve pinch (which can knock opponents unconscious simply by pinching a specific area on their necks) and a vast intellect - particularly when it comes to science - beyond the capacity of humans. He is simply one of the most popular characters of all time and the fact that he can express emotions (thanks to his human side) makes him more likeable than and more relatable than the average Vulcan.
