9. Carl
Voiced by H. Jon Benjamin, who provides the voices of Sterling Archer of Archer and Bob of Bob's Burgers, Carl is the movie geek convenience store employee of Family Guy who briefly bonds with Chris Griffin. Okay, so Carl is Family Guy's answer to Comic Book Guy, and so what if H. Jon Benjamin just does the same voice three times between Archer, Bob's Burgers, and Family Guy. He's still funny, and the Carl character is one of the better "new" Family Guy characters, most of whom consist of Brian's girlfriends along with Quagmire's Dad (who Brian also slept with). In a show so infused with pop culture references, Carl should be a guy that shines.
