10 Family Guy Episodes Probably Made Out Of Spite

1. Trump Guy (S17E11)

Family Guy Donald Trump

Just in case you didn’t get the message from the show slamming Rush Limbaugh (several times) and Fox News, among many other digs taken over the years, Seth MacFarlane doesn’t like the Republican Party very much.

Never one to miss an opportunity to make that clear through satire in Quahog, Family Guy designed an episode in season 17 to do literally nothing other than rip the piss out of, and tear down Donald Trump, his family, and his entire regime.

There was no real set-up to this episode, Peter just immediately had a new job in Trump’s White House to allow the maximum amount of time making jokes at the President’s expense. From his appearance to his children, calling him a lumpy orange garbage vegetable and painting him as Jabba the Hutt grabbing Meg you know where, the writers didn’t hold back.

As silly as some of this was, there was a genuinely strong point made by the end of the 22 minutes. People can get offended by Family Guy and the stupid jokes they make, but this is a cartoon they could turn off. Donald Trump was the President of the United States, and there was no way to turn him off, and he would always find a way to screw things up.
