10 Funniest Rick And Morty Moments

7. Rick Trades Insults With Zeep Xanflorp - The Ricks Must Be Crazy

It was inevitable that Rick would come across other individuals as intelligent, arrogant, short-tempered, and selfish as he is.

Zeep Xanflorp is one of them.

Turns out Rick's spaceship battery is a microverse, the citizens of which create power for him. Living in the microverse is Zeep, who subsequently designed a miniverse. This, of course, won't do for Rick, and through a series of events they and Morty end up stranded in a teenyverse (inside the miniverse, which is inside the microverse. Got it?)

The disagreement eventually escalates into fisticuffs between Rick and Zeep. The fight itself is funny, but it's the nature of the insults Rick hurls that truly makes one laugh.

Rick tells Zeep 'You're my battery, motherf*cker'. He insults Zeep's society and makes fun of the fact that Zeep's miniverse is 'the size of a lobster tank.' They later end up in two separate caves across a canyon, taking shots at one another with primitive weapons and disrupting each other's efforts to return to the real world.

The gem of the segment is here, when Morty tells Zeep that his universe runs Rick's car. When Zeep incredulously asks if that's true, Rick replies 'Yeah, but don't flatter yourself. There's always AAA you f*ckin' co******er.'

Elegant? No. Laugh out loud funny? Yes.
