In all likelihood, you've probably forgotten that this character even exists; that's how forgettable she actually is. Also, she hasn't appeared on the show since season four. Anyway, Meera Reed is one of Bran Stark's more intolerable companions (alongside her now deceased brother, Jojen, played by that kid from Love Actually). Aside from being downright forgettable, she's plainly annoying - self-righteous and grating, she's meant to be a bit of a teenage badass, but you just sort of end up wanting to slap her in the head. Essentially, she's one of those characters who feels entirely unnecessary. If you took her out, not an ounce of the show's impact would be lessened. And if the show returned to Bran and Hodor come season six and just didn't include her, chances are nobody would even remember she was supposed to be with them in the first place. "Oh... she, uh, died," could be the writers' excuse, and that would be a satisfactory enough explanation.
