8. Susan Ross on Seinfeld
Oh Susan, George's on-again-off-again girlfriend/fiance. Her part in the seventh season of Seinfeld was wonderful. George, being the epitome of the awkward... whatever the opposite of hunk is...
would be stuck in a situation where he's engaged to a woman he is trying to escape from. Poor George. But luckily his penny-pinching ways saved him in what might be one of the most hilarious causes of death of all time. (Oh Larry David, where do you come up with this stuff?) She dies from an overdose of cheap glue from the envelopes to their wedding invitations that George picked out. She dies from licking cheap envelopes. Licking. Envelopes. But the last we see of her in the episode is a shot of her
licking an envelope and slowly falling over on the couch. The rest of the events are relayed between George, Jerry and a very blunt doctor. What I would have paid to see Susan comment on her own death, or at least say a last goodbye to George, haunting him forever maybe? Huh Larry David? Got that deleted scene anywhere?
