10 GREAT TV Shows You Can't Watch Anymore

5. Mrs. Fletcher

In 2019, HBO adapted Tom Perrotta's bestselling novel, Mrs. Fletcher, into a one-season limited series starring Kathryn Hahn. The show, which focused on a middle-aged single mom using the internet to find a new lease on life, maintained the book's wit and charm - thanks in large part to Hahn's performance.

The show wasn't really made with more seasons in mind, wanting to stick to the length of the novel and keep it there, resulting in a short but sweet comedy series. Unfortunately, you can't watch it anymore because our ol' pal Zaslav nixed it for quick cash.

Mrs. Fletcher was one of the many live-action and animated shows removed from HBO Max after the Warner/Discovery merger. You cannot find it on any streaming service as a result, and the DVDs are either expensive or out of stock.

Another example in the increasingly mountainous pile for why the Warner/Discovery merger is likely to go down as one of the most artistically ruinous business decisions in the history of Hollywood.
