10 Huge Actors You Forgot Were In Scrubs

6. Michael J. Fox

Colin Farrell Scrubs
NBC

Perhaps the greatest of all Scrubs' short-lived guest stars, Michael J. Fox turned up during season three as Dr Kevin Casey, a brilliant doctor and gifted surgeon suffering from severe OCD. During his two episode stay in the hospital, Casey ends up having a major effect of J.D, Dr Cox, Turk and Elliot, giving each of them important lessons about life and being a doctor.

At first, Casey irritates J.D, Turk and Dr Cox because he repeatedly overshadows them in the episode "My Catalyst", but upon realising what Casey's life is like with OCD, they realise they're just acting out because of their own issues and leave him be. Later, in "My Porcelain God", he attempts to overcome his fear of an outside toilet, and it makes for a hysterical send-off.

Fox's performance was absolutely amazing during his short Scrubs tenure, and Casey remains one of the show's most impressive supporting characters.
