10 Huge Actors You Forgot Were In Scrubs

7. Matthew Perry

Speaking of lovable Friends alumni, Courteney Cox wasn't the only Central Perk regular to cross over to Sacred Heart. Matthew Perry appeared in the season four episode "My Unicorn", which he also directed, as Murray Marks, a playful air traffic controller who must decide whether to give his estranged father a kidney.

After learning that his father isn't his biological dad, Murray elects to leave him without the transplant, but eventually has his mind changed by J.D and Dr Cox.

As with his former on-screen wife, Matthew Perry can be seen having a good time in the role, and shows off just how talented a director he is in the process. Murray is fun and relaxed, hilariously loves Friends and has a short but moving arc, where he comes to terms with the relationship he has with his dad. Also, the scene where he chases J.D with a remote control plane is comedy gold.

I get to write about what I love, so that's pretty cool. Every great film should seem new every time you see it. Be excellent to each other.
