9. Mr. Paunch - American Gods
American Gods' very first episode certainly set the tone for what was to come, introducing viewers to the goddess of love Bilquis (Yetide Badaki) by having her devour a lover via her vagina. Yup.
Bilquis meets up with a man, Mr. Paunch (Joel Murray), she first met online, and soon enough they go back to her place for some sex.
Mid-coitus, Bilquis encourages the guy to exalt her as the god she is, willingly laying down his life to nourish her in the most literal sense, as she begins to slowly push his body into her vagina while riding him.
The throes of ecstasy are apparently strong enough that the guy offers no resistance whatsoever - quite the opposite, in fact, willingly going along for the "ride" as Bilquis continues to shove him inside herself until he's been entirely devoured.
At once hilarious, disturbing, and very, very weird, this is about as creatively deranged as death scenes get.
