We haven't seen a lot of the Greyjoys lately, but they won't be finished on the show, especially now that some prized land is looking perilously fragile. The failed rebellion seeking independence from the reign of the Iron Throne may have dented their pride, but the Greyjoys could still be a threat. Casterly Rock appears weak if they choose to stun Westeros with a grab for more power, while they lost Moat Cailin in the North to Roose Bolton. They have reasons to fight, and could have powerful company in any potential sea battles. Maybe more than people realise. The Greyjoy sigil is a Kraken, while there have been a couple of references to the rare creatures. It's a long shot, but with magic a growing factor in the world, a Kraken would cause some spectacular scenes.
