7. Thragg Vs Battle Beast
As combatants in the Invincible universe go, Battle Beast is by far the most willing.
Both in the comic and the TV series alike, we're introduced to Battle Beast soon after Mark's maiden voyage to Mars. His presence in the story is minimal, and after a light brush with Thragg during the Viltrumite War, he is sent by Allen the Alien on a quest to finally put an end to the Grand Regent.
The encounter between the combat heavyweights serves limited purpose past being a thoroughly gruesome and engaging battle.
A showdown fitting of the series, Battle Beast meets his match with the Grand Regent of the Viltrum Empire, and after days of sparring, Thragg finally bests Battle Beast, and the latter thanks the former for being a worthy opponent.
The epic showdown is a wonderful opportunity for the animators to flex their muscles on a comic scene that long-time fans have only dreamt of watching unfold. It's as bloody as they come, and the back-and-forth dialogue between the two only serves to make the fight that much more enjoyable.
If anything less than a whole episode is dedicated to the fight, it'll be far too short.
