Nicole Scherzinger is a true grafter, fiercely ambitious and is a heavily under-appreciated vocalist. But most British viewers will know her from the X Factor, where she brings some much needed American flair to the panel. Nicole's career started on the American version of Popstars, but she rose to prominence as the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls. You know, don't cha wish your girlfriend was hot like . She first dipped her toe into the X Factor UK pond in 2010 when she covered for Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole at bootcamp. She had a noticeably subdued judging style that oozed professionalism and showcased her nurturing side - something that was carried over when she appeared on the US version. Her time on the American edition was marred by a controversial choice to send a bottom two elimination decision to deadlock, which resulted in 13 year old Rachel Crow being sent home. Scherzinger took the brunt of the blame for causing Crow's on air distress and she certainly wasn't welcomed into the hearts of viewers. Simon Cowell axed her at the end of season 1. But when Nicole was selected to become a full time judge in 2012 in Britain, no one could have expected the refreshingly hilarious catch phrases that Scherzy came out with. Nicole brought brand new life to the panel and the nation marvelled at her schamazing jajazzles. 2 words honey, win-ning. Her future on the panel is unknown, but she will always be remembered as a gorgeous eccentric made for live television. Check out her best bits below: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwbSZbq_0N4
