10 Mind-Blowing Twists In Star Wars: The Clone Wars
4. Ahsoka... Exists
Ahsoka Tano was the undisputed breakout star of The Clone Wars, having amassed a vast following and her own live-action spin-off TV show, with Rosario Dawson suiting up for the role.
A remarkably gifted Jedi, Ahsoka received the best character development in the entire show, growing from a young, hot-headed padawan to a wise and powerful Jedi Knight who would go on to survive the upcoming Purge.
But the thing is, she shouldn't really exist. She's never mentioned or seen in Revenge of the Sith, and Anakin's story never makes it clear that he had a padawan.
Ahsoka was introduced in the feature-length Clone Wars TV show as the unwanted apprentice of Anakin, who eventually realised he was ready to train her. Despite not being known until her first appearance in 2008, though, it's safe to say she was a great addition to the franchise, and did more to develop Anakin's character than almost anyone else in the entire series.
