1. Bran Warns Sansa About Littlefinger

Unfortunately, this is another deleted scene that hasn't yet been released, but we can, once again, hope that it comes out as part of a big complete box set release, because it's a very important one.

When Sansa and Arya team up to kill Littlefinger at the end of season 7, revealing they were aware of his deception, it was a hell of a swerve, as it looked for a long time like Lord Baelish was successfully turning the sisters against one another. In the final show, there is no explanation for how they set up the plan to kill him, but Bran Stark actor Isaac Hempstead-Wright subsequently revealed that a deleted scene included the key to their plotting:

“We actually did a scene that clearly got cut, a short scene with Sansa where she knocks on Bran’s door and says, ‘I need your help,’ or something along those lines. So basically, as far as I know, the story was that it suddenly occurred to Sansa that she had a huge CCTV department at her discretion and it might be a good idea to check with him first before she guts her own sister. So she goes to Bran, and Bran tells her everything she needs to know, and she’s like, ‘Oh, s—.”

It seems that Sansa DID fall for Littlefinger's plotting, which changes things hugely. Let's just hope we eventually get to see the scene.
