10 More Spider-Man TV Shows That Could Join Silk On Amazon Prime

3. Ezekiel

Silk Spider-Man
Marvel Comics

Introduced in the pages of J. Michael Straczynski's unbeatable Amazing Spider-Man run, this mysterious character somehow knew the wall-crawler's secret identity and became a mentor of sorts to Peter Parker. Later, it was revealed that Ezekiel Sims had made a deal with an ancient power and was rewarded with the powers of a spider almost identical to those of Spider-Man.

While he initially planned on being a superhero, he grew too busy creating a corporation he believed would help people, but when it came time to repay his debt to that spider deity, Ezekiel decided to try and sacrifice Peter Parker in his place.

The concept of another "Spider-Man" being out there somewhere is undeniably intriguing, especially if it delves into the mystical side of Peter Parker's powers (unbeknownst to him, of course). Villains unlikely to be used in the MCU like Morlun and Shathra seem like a perfect fit for this series, all while Morlun is attempting to escape his fate and potentially make up for lost time.

Interestingly, it was Ezekiel who imprisoned Silk for years in an effort to "protect" her from Morlun...
