10 More Spider-Man TV Shows That Could Join Silk On Amazon Prime
4. Black Cat
Black Cat was originally slated to appear in Silver & Black, a team-up movie pairing up Felicia Hardy with Silver Sable. For whatever reason, Sony Pictures decided to pull the plug on that project and give each character their own solo outings. Unfortunately, there's been no word on either one of those since, but both heroes would be a great fit for a TV series.
Of the two, exploring Black Cat's origin story is vastly more appealing. Following in the footsteps of her father, Felicia became a cat burglar and later gained her own superpowers which, unbeknownst to this frequent Spider-Man love interest, came courtesy of The Kingpin. In his debt, the Black Cat has a complicated past which could unfurl in any number of exciting ways on the small screen.
It would obviously be a shame not to explore her romance with Peter Parker, but there's so much more to Felicia than that, and literally decades worth of stories Lord and Miller could pull from to deliver a well-rounded, memorable take on the Black Cat.
