If you went to college/university in the 90s, 2000s, or even now, chances are you can relate to Undergrads. To this day, it remains one of the most authentic depictions of campus life ever to grace the small screen - and that's saying something, given Undergrads was an animated series that aired on MTV and was given the axe after thirteen episodes. The adventures of Nitz, Cal, Gimpy, and Rocko would air across multiple networks for years, however - in fact, you can still find it on cable today, and it's a hidden gem for those who haven't taken it in yet. Talks of a revival have continued ever since the show was cancelled in 2001, with speculation heating up in 2013. Sadly nothing seems to have come of it, despite Teletoon over the years saying they were committed to bringing the show back, and some "Bring Back Undergrads" videos circulating via YouTube. A feature film is a possibility, but a proper revival with a full season order would be so much better. Undergrads, by the very fact that it's still talked about fifteen years later despite having barely a dozen episodes, has proven its staying power.
