6. The Crown

The Mandalorian Grogu
Netflix

From one scheming, power-hungry family to another, The Crown has been a thorn in the jewel-encrusted side of the British royal family for years now.

Insistent on dragging up every last bit of scandal from across the reign of Queen Elizabeth II, the Netflix show has opened a lot of people's eyes to the royals' past transgressions, even if it has embellished the truth a few times.

Intrigue surrounding the show is at an all-time high. Why? Because The Queen bloody died! The live-action finale of The Crown happened this year, and the show hasn't even finished yet.

Although Season 5 came out after The Queen's passing, Season 6 will be the first one produced following the history-making event. It's also going to be the final season of the show, taking events close-ish up to the present day.

With the latest season heavily criticised for its lack of historical accuracy, the drama surrounding this upcoming series could be more exciting than anything the royals have ever done.
