This creative piece is somewhat of a hidden gem as it's one that hasn't yet been recognised by the mainstream quarters of the Doctor Who community. It's an artist's tribute to the 50th anniversary of the show in the form of a beautifully realised animation which uses realistic painting colours and a sketching effect for the movement of everything in the frame. It may be short but it's certainly sweet and its unique style captures the life and times of our beloved Time Lord with an overriding message that, however dark things may seem, the Doctor brings colour and life to everywhere he goes. Beautiful stuff.
