1. Sansa Stark
Aside from her very brief rejuvenation as Littlefinger's black-wearing sidekick, Sansa has never been anything but a pawn in the game of thrones. She's been passed from power player to power player and she's already hitting Elizabeth Taylor levels of spouse-collecting, and while killing her on top of her rape by Ramsay would be double-poisoning the wine somewhat, she's easily the most expendable of the surviving Stark clan. She also deserves to die, frankly. She didn't deserve to be abused, and she hasn't deserved to her treatment by any of the supposed protectors who have bullied, assaulted and tortured her in different measures, but her actions in the first season should come back to bite her. She made bad decision after bad decision and if Martin's text has proved anything conclusively, it's that people who make their own way well in the game are usually the most rewarded. How He'll Die It's a hard one to call, but Ramsay's total transformation into the grand bastard and vilest malignance in Westeros would be complete if he got revenge on both Theon and Sansa for escaping his clutches at Winterfell. It's fairly likely that the Boltons will lose Winterfell, and that Roose might lose his life, and the idea that Ramsay would be left without honour or title, and betrayed by his pet should be enough to send him on a murderous rampage.
