10 Most Disappointing TV Shows Of 2017

While DC have had their struggles on the big screen, things had been going much more swimmingly on TV. The CW has its ever-burgeoning Arrowverse, Fox has Gotham, and NBC decided to get in on the action too.

Their idea was to mix things up, bringing a workplace sitcom set in the world of superheroes, with one of the employees being a relative of Bruce Wayne. A talented cast, including Alan Tudyk, Vanessa Hudgens, and Danny Pudi, was assembled, the premise was intriguing, and then it started to fall apart.

While it did show some promise - largely thanks to the cast - the writing was extremely uneven and it simply wasn't funny enough to survive. The premise, while interesting, became overly generic, and NBC pulled the plug before the season had even finished airing.
