As far as shadowy, unsettling foes go, few can top Im. Despite starring as the main antagonist in a show with ridiculous longevity, very little is still known about Im.
The only real piece of information regarding them is the fact that they are the secret head of the World Government. However that is where the scary part begins. Anyone who has been secretly pulling the strings in a world dominated by vicious, treasure hungry pirates must be someone with an even greater appetite for destruction.
It’s almost impossible to tell what their real intentions are, yet there is an air of certainty that they are very, very sinister in nature. They also take a key interest in some of the other major players in the storyline, especially Luffy.
Last but least, the guy is a proper sociopath. They can be displaying gentle kindness toward butterflies one moment and stabbing posters of the main protagonists with knifes the next. It’s very difficult to respond to this guy with anything other than hate.
