Ramsay deserves a spot on this list because of his brutality and complete lack of human empathy. Played brilliantly by, Iwan Rheon, Ramsay is a character that transcends the screen and makes you really hate him, but at the same time, love to watch him. Rheon's portrayal is simply captivating and really moving. He helped carry a season (ahem 5) that was tragically low on excitement and did it while being the most horrific character imaginable. Truly a testament to Rheon's portrayal of the Bolton's bastard. Viewers have watched him savagely flay alive anyone who gets in his way for the past few seasons, which has to be the worst kind of murder out there. We were also privy to what happens when a girl makes Myranda, his psycho booty call, jealous. Girlfriend was the prey in Ramsay and Myranda's organized hunt, chased through the woods/shot at with bows and arrows and eventually mauled to death by Ramsay's dogs, while they giddily cheered on. Of course, we all watched his legendary reign of torture that he inflicted on poor Theon that ended with Theon adopting a new identity as Ramsay's now castrated servant named, Reek. Somewhere between the endless pain he endured and the constant mind games (being released by Ramsay, only to be caught by Ramsay again), Theon asked him why he was doing it. Ramsay's response? A cold, calculated, "This isn't happening to you for a reason. Well, one reason: I enjoy it!" If that doesn't chill your blood, you might be Ramsay.
