What's great about this moment is that it bears down on one of the most important aspects of the show; the relationship between Dean and Sam Winchester. Not only do they royally kick butt together, but they also enjoy each other's company, and this was a great way to show that through song.
This moment came during the episode "Baby" from season eleven after Dean discovered his younger brother in the back of the car with a waitress. The morning after can be a little awkward sometimes, but it's way worse when you're older brother rocks up.
After this, he put on this classic song, and the pair drove away, singing along to it in a hilarious and sweet moment. The older brother poked fun at the younger one whilst giving a tongue in cheek jab at what he'd been up to the night before. Overall, it was a wholesome moment shared between the Winchesters.
