10 Most Irredeemably Evil Villains In TV History

2. BOB/Leland Palmer - Twin Peaks

Ramsay Bolton Game Of Thrones
ABC

The character of Leland Palmer is actually more of a tragic figure in David Lynch's wonderfully bizarre TV series, but the demonic entity that inhabits his body is another matter.

Over the course of 2 seasons of Twin Peaks it's revealed that BOB - or "Killer BOB" - is some kind of ghost or demon that possesses humans in order to commit heinous acts or rape and murder; causing as much pain and suffering as possible for his next fix of "garmonbozia". Not a very nice fella, then.

Leland Palmer first encountered BOB as a child, and the evil prick had been influencing his behaviour ever since, forcing him to molest, rape, and ultimately murder his own daughter, Laura. At the end of the series he manages to pass himself off as Agent Dale Cooper, and the last shot sees him laughing manically in the mirror, clearly relishing the thoughts of the horrific crimes to come.
