Son Gohan, the child that destroyed Super Perfect Cell. If there was ever the perfect way to end Dragon Ball, it was with this very climax. It would be a crime to not have this transformation at least second.

For Gohan, this was more than just a fancy new hairstyle, this was accepting himself. Accepting the rage within himself, giving his all to save his family & his planet despite never being a warrior like his mentors.

He was forced into this by a misguided father trying to pass the torch, yet only when his friends and family were getting beaten senseless, when everything was hopeless, did he do what was needed.

The timid boy was gone &, in his place, stood a warrior full of rage and overflowing with power, sparks shooting across his body as he tore into the perfect killing machine.

This was the greatest Gohan moment in the entire series without a doubt. It just exudes power, confidence & his unrestrained emotions for the first time in his life.
