The show outright calls Paris Hilton a 'Stupid Spoiled W***e; (the name of her fashion and accessory brand). Their opinion of her at the height of her partying ways, couldn't be more on the nose.

In the episode, the girls are obsessed with imitating her look and way of life; that there's nothing more important than being given what you want, getting drunk and partying all the time. Wendy points out that rewarding women for behaving like this could be belittling to their gender and it's a shallow and unfulfilling way to live. This causes a rift between the girls in South Park.
