With many fans relieved that Daryl and others were spared, that relief quickly turned into horror as Negan revealed that he was not finished smashing heads after taking an unexpected punch.

In a move that no one saw coming (even though it happened in the comics), Negan turned around and struck Glenn in the head. After some painful last words, Negan proceeded to finish the job and turned Glenn’s skull into mush.
