6. Larry David
The man, the myth, the legend. Larry David for a lack of a word is a genius, he's a 'social assassin' if you will. The co creator of Seinfeld and writer of 62 episodes left his mark on the show in more ways then one. Mainly due to the fact that his character George Costanza is loosely based off himself, I mean how awesome is that?! Not only did he write some of the best tv ever, he also did the voice for George's boss, George Steinbrenner. The over the top owner of The New York Yankees, as well as appearing in an episode as Frank Costanza's lawyer, "the man in the cape." Yeah, that's right, he played a lawyer who wore a cape, he didn't have any lines, he just wore a cape. Something's wrong with you if you're not laughing right now. Lets face it, without Larry David there is no Seinfeld. Now that Seinfeld is in syndication you'd think Larry would just want to sit back and count his money. Thank god he took a different approach and blessed us all with Curb Your Enthusiasm. Another show that's just as classic and funny. He has no signs of slowing down as he's now currently working on a movie with Jon Hamm in which he's writing and starring in himself. I can't wait! So if you're still reading this right now, I have no doubt you're saying to yourself, "Wow this writer definitely has a man crush on Larry David." If you are, you'd be absolutely right! The man's a comedic legend, a television icon, writer extraordinaire, and everything he touches turns to gold. I can only hope that another season of Curb is in the works for the future. Until then, Seinfeld reruns every night will definitely do. Good thing they're all prettttty pretttty prettttty good.
