2. The Trickster
The Trickster is one of The Flash's most famous and obnoxious foes. However, he's just too iconic to not include in the series, and has the potential to be an entertaining and compelling villain. He was famously portrayed by Mark Hamill in the original, campy 1990 Flash series starring John Wesley Shipp. Giovanni Giuseppe, who goes by the stage name James Jesse, is a practical joker and conman, who invents wacky inventions to use against the Flash, including exploding teddy bears, air-walking shoes, and other circus-themed gadgets. He's been a staple member of the Rogues for years, but often fights on the side of good as well, collecting the weapons of incarcerated villains because such things are too dangerous to be left lying around. After all, you wouldn't want Captain Cold's freeze ray to get into the wrong hands, would you? Trickster is theatrical, he's zany, and he's a ton of fun. He'd be a great addition to the series, even if he doesn't end up being one of the main villains.
