Rhosyn "Rose" Forrest is an antihero and vigilante who works predominantly out of Metropolis, but has taken on the scarlet speedster on several occasions. When she was 12 years old her parents were murdered by a man named Mr. Quince, who she found and fought with her martial arts skills, brutally mutilating him by cutting off his hand. Later, Rose was placed under psychiatric care, and became the subject of unethical experimental treatments that eventually caused her to develop split personality disorder. The primary, submissive personality, Rose, gives way to the more violent "Thorn" personality whenever she is threatened or feels angry. Over time, Thorn becomes the primary personality, and is obsessed with the downfall of The 100, a gang in Metropolis' underground that her parents' killer, Mr. Quince, was a part of. Thorn has no super powers, but is a skilled martial artist with a penchant for daggers, sickles, and a barbed whip. In other words, don't make her angry. You wouldn't like her when she's angry.
