We've already learned that Gorilla Grodd will appear on The Flash in some capacity, though we have no idea how big of a role he'll have. It may be incredibly hard to pull of a convincing gorilla on a television budget, but with advances in animatronics and a bit of added CGI, he could fit the aesthetic of the show quite well. Gorilla Grodd is, as his name suggests, a gorilla. However, he has genius-level intellect, superhuman physical attributes like strength and stamina, and most importantly, telepathy and the ability to mentally control others and even transfer his consciousness into other bodies. So, maybe if the show's budget doesn't quite allow for a fully-realized gorilla, perhaps Grodd can simply transfer his intelligence to a human character? Grodd doesn't always attack The Flash alone, as he's sometimes joined by an army of gorilla soldiers. He was at one point a regular gorilla, but was granted super intelligence after an alien spacecraft crashed into his African home. Afterward, Grodd and his compatriots build an advanced home named Gorilla City, where they live in peace until they're discovered by human explorers.
