10. Itchy And Scratchy

Itchy and Scratchy are The Simpson's answer to Tom and Jerry, and a highlight of any episode they appear in. As a show within a show, they can go over the top, just as Tom and Jerry themselves did. However, the show has never really put the spotlight on them. They've been big parts of a Treehouse of Horror segment, an episode revolving around their theme park, and a campaign against violence on television, but in the end, they're just a background joke. Imagine, however, an episode entirely focused on their antics. One big long Itchy and Scratchy episode, perhaps by way of a dream Bart is having, or a storytelling session. The point is, Itchy and Scratchy could use a lot more screen time, especially since they seem to be getting less and less these days.
