10 South Park Characters You Totally Forgot Existed
2. Nurse Gollum
South Park has never shied away from introducing some bizarre characters, whether it's a talking poo, an anthropomorphic towel, alien life forms or even Jesus Christ himself casually wandering through the town. Admittedly, the show doesn't really create such unusual characters like they used to, but it was certainly a staple of the earlier years.
One character which falls under the category of visually striking is Nurse Gollum. Probably more commonly referred to as the fetus lady, she was feared by all the school children because of the literal fetus growing on the side of her face. Within the South Park universe, it is revealed she suffers from the condition "conjoined twin myslexia". The fetus is such a distracting feature, you almost wouldn't even realise her hair is bright pink.
Although the children start off terrified of her, they soon realise she's just a regular person. Unfortunately, she recieves more bad attention of a different kind when the town residents create "Conjoined Twin Myslexia Awareness Week", much to her embarrassment.
Similarly to Ms Crabtree, because Nurse Gollum was voiced by the late Mary Kay Bergman, her character was eventually phased out and thus, forgotten by most viewers.
