It’s a common misconception that Kenny’s dialogue throughout the show is just random noises. In actuality, every line he speaks is part of the script and spoken aloud as it should be, except with a hindrance. Matt Stone provides the voice of Kenny but does every recording of his dialogue through his sleeve to achieve the muffled sounds.

This raises the question that if all of Kenny’s words are real speech, then what is he saying in the opening theme song? Being the most sexually knowledgeable of the four main boys, he sings “I like girls with big fat t*tties, I like girls with deep vaginas”. Trey and Matt got away with this because it was naturally censored by the mumbling so fans couldn’t understand anyway what he was saying.

The theme song changes once every few seasons so Kenny’s lines would change with it. This doesn’t mean to say his speech in the theme wouldn’t be any less crude. From Season 3-5, he says “I have got a ten inch penis, use your mouth if you want to clean it”. And from then on as the show progressed, his lines just got ruder and ruder with the producers getting away with it each time.
