10 Star Wars Shows That NEED To Happen
1. Vader: jedi hunter
Now THIS is the show we need!
Darth Vader is the greatest movie villain of all time, and there is no Star Wars show more deserving of production than a series about his life following his transition from man to machine.
Between Episodes III and IV, Anakin/Darth Vader goes through so much. He matures from a broken man - rebuilt from the ashes of defeat with a taste for revenge in his heart - into a Sith master, dedicated to the domination of the galaxy. Anakin is but a young man when he adopts the dark side of the Force, but by A New Hope, he has gained a life's worth of experience in death and destruction.
Through shows such as Rebels and video games like The Force Unleashed, we have been granted glimpses of this time in Vader's life, but it would great to have a show dedicated to showing the character growth of the Chosen One throughout this incredible period.
Does he regret his decision to join the Emperor? Does he miss Padme? What does he say to the Jedi that he is sent to exterminate? It could reveal a tragic yet beautiful side of the world's most famous villain that we have not yet seen.
And let's not forget what Vader's life consisted of during this time. Following Order 66, there were few surviving Jedi scattered throughout the star systems, and it was the responsibility of Vader to hunt them down and take them out.
Such a journey would not only provide a spectacular platform for his allegiance to evil to be tested - and his deeper sense of good to be teased to the surface - but it would offer some absolutely electrifying, red saber action. And just imagine if James Earl Jones was on board, too?
Make. It. Happen!
