Both shows use songs to convey a certain mood and both do it brilliantly, although very, very differently. Orange is the New Black relies on rather non-mainstream songs and usually refrains from montages, while GLOW uses pop hits from the late 80's/early 90's and isn't afraid to speed things up by putting events to some thumping, energetic music.
