10 Teen TV Dramas You Should Be Watching Right Now

Teenagers are meant to be the young and bright future of humanity. The men, women, and nondescript genders will go on to invent a better world for their children and their children's children. That is as long as climate change doesn't kick in or the world ends.
In the hit Netflix teen drama show Daybreak, the world has ended and only the young survived to rule the ashes. The show follows a Canadian teenager Josh as he searches for his British girlfriend Sam in the ruins of Glendale California, giving the show a worldwide appeal.
The show in itself has a lot of similarities to old teen drama-comedies like Breakfast Club and Ferris Bueller's Day Off all mixed together with the incredible Lord of the Flies book and AMC's The Walking Dead. These similarities stem from the show's infested world of radioactive ghoul adults and tribalized students, all making going to high school into a literal life or death situation if you're a loner.
The show is incredibly funny and stylized in its art direction, themes, and story all bringing a beautiful post-apocalyptic adventure where anyone can be king or queen of what's left of the high school if they simply wish to be.
