These two are a match made in villainous heaven. Or hell, if you will. The Master is the Doctor's antithesis in the Whoniverse - a renegade Time Lord and vastly intelligent master of preparation with a knack for all things technological and a hunger for power. He can anticipate the Doctor's every move much in the same way the Doctor does with so many of his foes. Milton Fine is the
Smallville interpretation of the Superman villain Brainiac. In the show, he is enormously intelligent and possesses a power-set that consists of super-strength, super-speed, super-durability and invulnerability, flight, heat vision, X-ray vision, replication, shape-shifting, electronic manipulation, biological manipulation, information absorption and mineral manipulation. Their minds and powers combined would be too much for their respective nemeses - The Doctor and Clark Kent - to handle. It might even be too much for them to handle if the two heroes teamed up. The intellectual threat combined with the physical threat that these two would bring to the table would be absolutely formidable.
