10. Lone - True Blood
Starring: Joe Manganiello, Lizzy Caplan, David Keith, and Delroy Lindo Set after the events in True Blood Season Six, after being spurned by Sookie, Alcide (Joe Manganiello) decides to move to Baton Rouge for a fresh start, away from the craziness of his old pack, and the Vampires in Bon Temps. But not only does he not escape the Vampires, but some of his old pack comes after him. "No Wolf walks away from the pack." While in Baton Rouge, he rescues a reporter named Beth (Lizzy Caplan) from a pack of wolves and befriends her. Grateful, she helps heals his wounds and tells him that Baton Rouge has become a haven for the worst of the worst of the supernatural including Mayor Fulcaze (Delroy Lindo) who some believe is a Witchdoctor who has enthralled the populace for some nefarious purpose. Alcide then receives a visit from the local packmaster, Koran (David Keith) who is unhappy, but impressed with the way he handled some of his pack. He orders Alcide to join him, which Alcide promptly refuses. This doesn't sit well with Koran, who tells Alcide he's either with them or against them. "Ain't no lone wolves down here, boy!" Even in a city of dangerous, vengeful, and evil souls, Alcide will always be Alone.
