9. Dr Krieger (Archer)
Animated shows have the luxury of being able to have their characters be even more over the top than usual. So it's no surprise that another animated doctor features next. Dr. Krieger is the head of the Applied Research Department at international spy organization ISIS. Only problem is, despite taking on the acts of a doctor, he technically isn't one. The only thing Krieger has a degree in is being a complete weirdo. His position as head of Applied Research, has led him to create some ridiculous projects over the seasons of Archer. He has created a few half man half animal hybrids, a sex bot called "Fister Roboto," cloned himself and created breath strips laced with LSD. Would you trust a doctor who spends the majority of the time programming his own virtual girlfriend? I don't think so.
