In spite of the fact that he is undoubtedly the star character of the show, one of the most accomplished actors on the show and the best received character amongst fans from a brilliant bunch of interesting potential options, Jim Parsons is still the most nervous man prior to filming episodes of The Big Bang Theory. This manifests most prominently on the day before he is due to film scenes for the show, at which point he can go into outright panic mode and often worries that he will forget his lines. To be fair, some of the complex scientific jargon that Sheldon Cooper regularly comes out with would be enough to scare anyone, so it shouldn't really be too surprising to learn that!
