10 Things Disney+ NEEDS To Do With The Marvel Netflix Characters

3. Bring Back Vincent D'Onofrio For Wilson Fisk

Daredevil cast
Netflix

The other actor who NEEDS to come back if the MCU is going to use their character again is Vincent D'Onofrio as Wilson Fisk.

Casting him in this role, and making him the opening villain for the entire Marvel Netflix universe, was a stroke of absolute genius. D'Onofrio is already one of the best character actors alive right now, but he OWNS every scene as the kingpin of crime.

Like Charlie Cox, he nails every facet of the character and his journey into abject corruption. When we first meet him, he's sophisticated, but quiet and awkward. You would never guess if you weren't a comic book reader that our main antagonist was this almost sweet philanthropist just trying to work up the nerve to ask a pretty girl out on a date.

Then he beheads a man with a car door.

Vincent brilliantly portrays a philanthropist who feels he must perform violent acts to achieve his noble ends, who then has what little morality he had left chipped away from him through the loss of his public image and the death of Wesley, the one true friend he ever had, until he returns in Season 3 as the true kingpin of crime.

If the MCU is going to utilize Wilson Fisk in the future, Vincent D'Onofrio is non-negotiable.
