5. Killing A Baby

One of the scenes that remarkably doesn't get the same level of outrage as the previously mentioned rape scenes is the one where the City Watch in King's Landing sets about killing babies potentially father by the late-King Robert Baratheon. It's a savage scene; cold, calculated and merciless. I can't help but think that if it had gone down on the latest season, where the popularity of the show has risen to an enormous peak (and still climbing), the shock would've been far more amplified. Again, for such a harrowing scene, it's gone largely unnoticed, a fact I'm sure HBO are more than happy with.
