1. Ra's Al Ghul

Despite Nyssa and Oliver coming to some kind of understanding, Ra's Al Ghul is not one to make many friends, especially outside of his own order. Whether he is coming to Starling City to bring Sara back to Nanda Parbat or if he is there to kill Malcolm Merlyn remain to be seen. What we do know is that Moira Queen contacted Al Ghul before her death, informing him of Merlyn's survival and putting him firmly in Al Ghul's crosshairs. The fact that DC has given Arrow permission to use characters like Ra's Al Ghul and Harley Quinn means the show is doing justice to the character's histories, which could mean bigger and better DC characters could be visiting Starling City in future seasons.
